AI Time-Savings Calculator

Reporting, data entry, follow-ups, scheduling — repetitive work has a payroll cost that never shows up on an invoice. Three inputs, and you'll see what it adds up to in a year. Runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent or stored.

Conservative on purpose: 46 working weeks, and automation covering 30–60% of manual time — not 100%. Nobody automates a workflow whole.

The 15-Minute Rule

Our working rule: any manual task that takes more than 15 minutes a day is a candidate for an AI agent. The 90-Day AI Sprint finds those tasks in your firm and builds the systems that absorb them.

How the math works.

How is the yearly cost calculated?

Yearly hours (people × hours per week × 46 working weeks) multiplied by an hourly rate derived from the monthly cost per person, spread across 46 weeks of 45 workable hours.

Why 46 working weeks and not 52?

Leave, festivals and slack are real. Using all 52 weeks inflates every result. 46 is a deliberately conservative baseline so the number holds up when someone checks it.

How much can automation realistically recover?

Typically 30 to 60 percent of the time spent on a repetitive workflow, not all of it. Well-scoped automation absorbs the mechanical parts and leaves the judgement calls. Anyone promising 100 percent is selling something else.
