What is a workplace AI policy?
A short internal document that tells your team which AI tools are approved, what information must never be pasted into them, and who is accountable for checking AI-generated work before it reaches a client.
Does my business need an AI policy?
Yes. Team size does not change the risk: one person pasting client data or credentials into a consumer AI tool creates the same exposure at 15 people as at 500. A one-page policy people actually read is enough to start.
